Sports at NUML
In year 2021, NUML hosted two of Higher Education Commission’s (HEC) Intervarsity Zonal
competitions.

HEC Intervarsity Badminton Championship (Zone-C)
The HEC Intervarsity Badminton Championship (Zone-C) 2020-21 was conducted from
February 10-12, 2021. The following Universities participated in the competition:

 Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU)
 COMSATS University (Islamabad)
 University of Engineering and Technology
(UET-Taxila)
 Pir Mehr Ali Shah (PMAS), Arid Agriculture
University (Rawalpindi)
 Foundation for Advancement of Science and
Technology (FAST-Islamabad)
 University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir
(AJ&K)
 AIR University
 University of Kotli (AJ&K)
 RIPHAH (Islamabad)
 National University of Modern Languages (NUML)

Quaid-e-Azam University won the competition and PMAS-Arid Agriculture Rawalpindi was
the runner-up
