At the time of writing (June 2020) the UK is gradually coming out of lockdown as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We appreciate all the help and support that our hosts give and understand that there may be times when you are unable to host for us. During this period we took guidance from the UK government, and would do this for future issues such as this, keeping hosts informed as appropriate.
Finally – it is important to remember that being a host should be an enjoyable experience. Should you have any queries or concerns please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. Thank you for Hosting our students
The student that you are looking after will have been given the following “Student Handbook” and also a “guide to staying with a host family” which hopefully will help them settle into school / college life in the UK.
