         The very first Top 20 Invitational I attended brought tears of joy to my
         eyes.  I fantasized of having a dog qualify but never imagined my dream
         would come true!

         Roger is ebullient, energetic, gregarious, driven, mischievous, and al-
         ways happy.  He  thrives on being  challenged both mentally and physi-
         cally.  He has been working on learning to  skateboard but also loves to
         run and swim.

         I am thrilled to have Roger qualify for the Top 20.  This achievement
         has only been possible with the expertise of Nikki Ryan and Janice
         Hayes, both consummate professionals.
