Disclosures








           Lines 183-186: If property is located in an unincorporated area of the county and less than 5
           parcels are being transferred, seller shall deliver to buyer a completed Affidavit of Disclosure
           within 5 days of receiving contract.



           Lines 187-190: Seller shall immediately notify buyer of any changes in the premises





                               Section 5 - Warranties








           Lines 191-199: Buyer and seller agree the premises are being sold in its present physical
           condition as of the date of contract acceptance.  Seller must maintain property until property is

           conveyed to buyer at close of escrow.



           Lines 200-206: Seller warrants that all known material latent defects of the premises have
           been disclosed to buyer.  Seller also warrants that all labor, materials, services, tools, fixtures used
           for construction, alterations or repairs of any structure on the premises have been paid in full



           Lines 207-212: Buyer warrants that all information that may effect the buyers ability to close
           has been disclosed to seller





                           Section 6 - Due Diligence








          Lines 213-224: Buyers inspection period begins the day after contract acceptance and includes all
          calendar days.



          Lines 225-250: If any of these items are of material matter to the buyer, inspections of said items
          must be completed during the agreed upon inspection period on Line 213 of the contract



          Lines 228-232: Nearly all lenders will require insect inspection and treatment if infestation is found
