Lines 243-246: If the premises has any septic or alternative system the AAR on-site waste
water treatment facility addendum shall be come a part of the purchase contract

Lines 247-251: Buyer acknowledges receipt of the AZ Dept of Health Services approved
private pool safety notice

Lines 246 and 251: Buyers initials required

Lines 260-263: Prior to expiration of inspection period, buyer shall deliver to seller a signed

notice of any items disapproved of. This form is called a BINSR.

Lines 264-284: If buyer disapproves of any items on the property buyer must notify seller in
writing of those items, within the inspection period. Buyer shall indicate if they wish to cancel
contract immediately or provide the seller an opportunity to correct the items.

Lines 285-286: Only written agreements can extend response times or cancellation rights

Lines 287-289: If buyer fails to give notice of disapproval of items or cancellation of this
contract within the specified time period given, this constitutes as buyers election to proceed

without correction of disapproved items
