Welcome to Summer Camp at the Tampa YMCA! You have been selected to impact the lives of so many children as a part of the Tamp Metropolitan YMCA Summer Camp Team!

To put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
At Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA Summer Camps, we promote growth, embrace, and encourage new experiences for all. Just as you are here to provide these things to your campers, your leadership team is here to support you in this journey. The belonging, achievement, and relationships that you will cultivate this summer is integral to the YMCA’s purpose.
AMERICAN CAMP ASSOCIATION (ACA) ACCREDITATION
We are proud to announce that the Tampa YMCA has received ACA-Accredited® Camp status!
This means the Tampa Y camps underwent a thorough review of our operation by the American Camp Association (ACA) — from staff qualifications and training to emergency management — and complied with the highest standards in the industry. The ACA’s nationally recognized standards program focuses primarily on the program quality, health and safety aspects of a camp’s operation. This accreditation means thee 12 Tampa YMCA camps are part of only 58 total ACA-Accredited day camps in Florida.
