10 bh Bouchees 500 ml velote sauce
500 gr chicken 1 dl cream
150 gr mushroom salt and peper
ALAT
Sauce pot Cutting board
Spatula Chef knife
Strainer Dessert plate
CARA MEMBUAT
Rebuslah ayam, potong cm (cube). Irislah jamur tipis-tipis (slice)
Campur veloute, cream, jamur dan ayam
Masukkan campuran kedalam bouchees
CARA MENGHIDANG
Hidangkan panas di dessert plate dan garnish dengan
seledri/parsley dan tomato cherry.
