Props Required
- Poppy or Branch costume (depending on request) including make up
- Music player and speaker
- Sparkly magic bag
- Magic wand
- Parachute (size will depend on number of children)
- Poppy soft toy
- Up to 19 other soft toys and/or
finger puppets
- An egg shaker for each child
- Parcel for PTP (if requested)
- A coloured scarf for each child
- Birthday card
- Bubbles
- Haribo treat for each child
- Magic sparkles
- Party flyers
- Camera (e.g. on your phone)
- Glitter tattoo kit (if requested)
When handing out props (for example scarves) always sing “Time to hand out the scarves, the scarves, the scarves. Time to hand out the scarves at insert birthday child’s name’s party,” to the traditional tune of ‘Here We Go ‘Round the Mulberry Bush’. The same should be applied for all props (including egg shakers) and for collecting them also.

3-4s: “Hi everyone. Firstly let’s all say thank you to child’s name for inviting us to his/her birthday party by giving him/her a great big round of applause! My name is Princess Poppy/Branch and today I’m going to teach you all about Trolls. And at the end, everyone who joins in will get some magic sparkles and a Haribo treat. But before we begin, we’ve got to shake our sillies out!”
5-6s: “Hi everyone. Firstly let’s all say thank you to child’s name for inviting us to his/her birthday party by giving him/her a great big round of applause! Does anyone know who I’m dressed as? That’s because today we’re going to learn all about Trolls. And at the end, everyone who joins in will get some magic sparkles and a Haribo treat. But before we begin, we’ve got to shake our sillies out!”
