To use the body to explore shape through music and dance

To explore new ways of moving, to move freely and with pleasure and confidence in a range of ways and to develop locomotor skills through walking, marching, sliding, galloping, jumping, hoping and running on tippy toes like a butterfly

To negotiate the space while moving around the room by adjusting speed and direction to avoid obstacles

Balance
To develop balance through sliding, hopping and walking on tippy toes
