Please! A bit of peaceful evening @Kew
Residents enjoy the quiet lifestyle in Kew, but sometimes it’s not so quiet particularly for homes beside the playgrounds.
While it’s lovely to see children running around and playing in the condo, the play often results in a lot of loud, ear-piercing screaming which is not so great, especially at the end of the afternoon and in the early evening.
Parents in Kew, please be mindful of the noise levels of your children and the effect on your neighbours.
Let’s all do our part to ensure our condo is an enjoyable environment for everyone, be it young or old.

Littering
There have been several incidents of littering on the soccer field (empty cans, ice-cream wrappers, etc.). Kindly remind your children and helpers to throw rubbish in the bins.
Littering is an offence under Singapore law. Under the Environmental Public Health Act, anyone who commits a littering offence is liable to a fine up to S$2,000 for a first conviction.
Housekeeping
Did you know?
In the event of an unfortunate incident such as fire or theft, any damage or loss to your property caused by something that you left in the common property area of the basement (including under the stairs), will not be covered by insurance, and you would be responsible for all damages.
