Standard: To BS 8558 or BS EN 806-2 and in accordance with HSE publication ‘The control of
legionella bacteria in water systems. Approved code of practice and guidance’.

Pipeline sizes for hot and cold water systems type A;
and Draw off requirements for hot and cold water systems type A.
Arrangement: Mains fed system
Water meters: Water meters.
Storage tank or cistern: Glass fibre insulated reinforced storage tank/booster set located in the
external refuse area - for compliance with water regulations
Water treatment plant: Magnetic water conditioners.
