DESIGN













         High volume restaurants:
         Where  restaurants  are  designated  as  ‘high
         volume’, a high volume collect counter must be
         deployed. Dependant on the space available
         will  dictate the design. This will  include the
         requirement for two ORB’s.

         A high volume collect counter  requires a
         minimum space of 2380mm. For double collects
         between  this minimum 2380mm and  3699mm,
         a flat top counter will be used as the low-med
         collect counter. The high volume counter within
         this range will have two IT cupboards containing
         mini ORB’s on the staff side. The sweet snacking
         display can  be  located  on  the  collect  side
         without compromising its operation.

         Where double collect counters are required and
         there is a space of 3700mm or greater, the staff
         IT equipment will be housed in 2 ‘moulds’ which
         sit on top of the collect counter. This prevents
         the  sweet  snacking display being located on
         the collect side unless the counter  is  greater
         than 3700mm.
