       D4 Overview of ERDDS Interior Décor Concepts






       Collection points:
       A  minimum 1500mm  collection point must be
       provided an all restaurants.  The  collect point
       location is dictated by its proximity to the OAT,
       fry station and BOAT.

       Medium and low volume restaurants:
       The collection point will consist of a flat, timber
       counter  top  with  simple  black front.  Collect
       equipment will be located on the crew side of
       the counter, below the counter  top height as
       part of an IT cupboard. The length of collection
       points in medium to low volume restaurants will
       vary depending on the space available  but
       must be greater than 1500mm.
