6.-  Terrace Request Proposal





               Objective:

               This section describes the process to request the installation of a terrace, as well as
               the required documentation and estimated cost:

               A. Documentation to be presented to the supplier:

                      1. Plan in  .dwg    format, of the patio area indicating main accesses and
               proposed the area for the playground. The plan should also indicate where the north
               is.
                      2. A written report that indicates the desired seating capacity, along with
               pictures of the actual outdoor area. This report should specify any special
               characteristics to be aware of regarding the patio, and it should clearly state the
               name and address of the person to whom the cost estimates and patio proposals
               should be sent.

               B. Documents provided by the supplier:

                      1. One proposal for terrace layout, adjusted to the requested seating capacity,
               in  .dwg format, clearly showing furniture arrangement, as well as fences and
               entranceways.
                      2. One estimate, stating the cost of the terrace with respect to the proposed
               elements, and the prices agreed upon for each supplier.
                      3. One design proposal for terrace  flooring according to the two proposed
               layouts, specifying the materials to be used in each case.
                      4. Detailed plans of each furniture element proposed, as well as detailed plans
               of their installation.

                      If the first proposal is not according with the needs of the restaurant the
               supplier will produce a second proposal with the corrections given by McDonald’s
               Project Manager, and the supplier will send a new estimation based on the final
               solution.
                      If after the second proposal McDonald’s Project Manager asks to the supplier
               additional layouts, the supplier will invoice for these other lay outs.

                      The suppliers have to weeks from the date they receive the documentation
               stated in section A to prepare and present the above-mentioned information.
               Delivery should be normally made the earliest: 6 weeks after the order has been
               received. Payment have to be done, 30 days after invoicing.
