Introduction

The purpose of this document is to set out the steps required and standards
to follow for each engaged discipline in the TCG new space pre-construction
process.

It is not intended to document the internal procedures and process of TCG.

This document will be reviewed annually or more regularly should changes occur.
It is intended that this document reflect the scope of works and fee proposals for
each discipline for clarity.

This document is split into 3 main sections:

Process

An overview of the pre-construction process and the required interactions
between each of the disciplines broken down by stage

Roles and Responsibilities

As introduced by the process work-flows, the definition of each of the disciplines
is expanded in this section and individual tasks more clearly defined

Outputs and Standard Forms

Appendices of standard documents to be used by each discipline when engaging
in the process
