SCOPE OF DOCUMENT

This document is intended for use for maintenance actions on the NGK kiosk. It
describes the various operations that may be necessary for maintenance. The
maintenance operations should only be performed by Acrelec or a trained
technician certified by Acrelec.

Any change to the content of this document such as, but not limited to, service, NGK Maintenance guide
scope of service shall be dealt with using the change management process
below.

Either Acrelec or McDonalds may propose a change to the other party by setting
out the detail of the change required together with a justification for the change.

In both cases Acrelec will assess the impact of the proposed change to the
prices, scope and time scales of the project and/or supply and shall provide to
McDonalds the results of their assessment of the impact of the proposed
change.

McDonalds shall review the assessment and decide if they wish to proceed or
not.

Until such time as any change is formally agreed, Acrelec will, unless otherwise
agreed, continue to perform and to be paid for the deliverables as if such
change had not been requested.

Neither party will be obligated to agree to any requested change but neither
party will unreasonably with hold its agreement to such a request.

Any agreement to a request or recommended change will become valid only
when recorded in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both
parties.
