SAFETY INFORMATION NGK Maintenance guide
Prior to manipulating the kiosk, it is mandatory to ensure the device is not
powered. Please use the circuit breaker either underneath the black body of the
NGK kiosk or located in the main power switchboard of the restaurant.
SERVICING OPERATIONS
Tools have been designed to make intervention easier, safer and faster for the
engineer. A circuit breaker to power off the device, extended opening arms to
have more access to the inside of the black box, USB port extensions to easily
plug keyboard or USB key for software maintenance.
MAINTENANCE
INFORMATION
The opening of the main body of the NGK kiosk and all maintenance operations
are only allowed by a certified employee under the direction of Acrelec or an
authorized service provider.
Before handling, it is necessary to make sure the device is not connected. Use
the switch (accessible by a latch) below the body of the kiosk or in the main
control panel of the restaurant. To access the switch you will need the key that
is supplied with the kiosk to turn it off.
