D7.2 Managers office Ironmongery
All ironmongery to SAA or stainless steel including;
If the managers office is required to movve due 300mm kick plates, D type pull handle, push
to CTF works then the following specification plate, door closer, door stop, 3 sets of hinges,
should be used: barrel lock (key to outside and thumb turn inside)
with escutcheons.
Floor
Polysafe corona otter 5530 (grey) or ceramic
tiled floor as kitchen specification.
150mm skirting tile for all walls prior to wall
finishes beginning. Ceramic tile for tiled floors,
continuous integral cove for vinyl.
Walls
3mm hygienic cladding (white) with all
proprietary fixing strips, covers and coves.
Ceiling
600x600mm gyprex satin spar tile with white
face, square edge fitted in a 15mm grid.
Doors
Solid core with hardwood lippings. Balanced
laminate, polyrey cream to both sides. Vision
panel required.
