Bessy

Adult/Female/ Spayed

Bessy is our longest resident, having been at the shelter for an entire year. She is about four years old
and weighs approximately 70 lbs.
Bessy came to EASEL from the Trenton Animal Shelter where she was found as a stray and was never
reclaimed. Bessy sat there for about 6 weeks before transferring to EASEL, so she has been homeless for
over a year!
Bessy is constantly overlooked because of her breed, even though she is sweet as pie. Bessy must be the
only pet in your home, but she has so much love to give we know she’ll be enough. Bessy loves belly
rubs, enjoys going for walks and watching the world around her go by.
Bessy loves every person she meets and will show off all of her tricks she’s learned while at the shelter.
Bessy is strong and requires a physically capable owner.
Bessy would love to enjoy the fall season carving pumpkins, eating apple donuts, and snuggling up on
chilly nights with her forever family.
Please consider adopting this sweet girl and giving her the home she deserves! 365 + days at a shelter is
way too long for such an awesome girl.
