Dear Mrs. Ranum,

Thank you! Thank you for everything you did to make this year one of the
best school years that I have ever experienced. From the moment that I first
entered the room on the first day of school I instantly knew that this year was
going to be different.
And yes, I am also sad that this year ended in a way that none of us had ever
expected, but I am still grateful for all those wonderful moments that our class
did have in the classroom. There was just so much fun and energy in that room,
something that I honestly haven’t experienced much of/at all before. It felt like
each day there was always something unexpected that happened and that just

made the class more fun and exciting.
I’ll be starting High School soon, and I still can’t believe it. It felt like
everything went by so fast, and just a little bit ago I was just starting 8th Grade.
High School may seem like it’s going to be a huge change, but I completely trust
that you and our other teachers have prepared us well.
