Thorn In The Heart

resist American troops and used the guerilla war to hit some
American soldiers down and run. Until American troops
occupied the whole area with a loss of a dozen soldier lives and
wounded. They looked at the civilians with their extreme nasty
eyes and angry because they don't know who is Viet-Cong and
who is not. Since, they walked on the path of confusion between
Viet-Cong and the village civilians, which French troops had
walked on those situations before in their innocent of the crimes.
Also, few American soldiers were looked at their dead friend
bodies to get the mental thinking, hold up their angry crisis and
killed the village civilians in the accident and unexpected...!
Vietnamese who lived on the villages and countryside were
afraid to die by their acting with violence as they had feared for
French militarist. They became the non-cooperators and didn't
help American troops to find Viet-Cong in their communities.

The true faces of Vietnam war on American's images side
were killing a large number of civilians, destroyed some towns,
villages, and corpses as the My-Lai village's situation. All the
people who lived in My-Lai village driven out of their house
toward the space on the ground, even children and infants that
were carrying on their mother arms after few American soldiers
died and wounded. They were down on their necks on the
ground to implore a squad of American army troops for their
lives. They were cried loudly and bonding together by afraid to
die. Few of American soldiers were hostility for Viet-Cong, a
crisis for their dead friends, feared to die and the My-Lai's
people didn't cooperate with them to denounce Viet-Cong.

Because My-Lai's people believed that American troops
could not keep Viet-Cong away from their village at any time, or
help them in a safe place if they inform American troops about
Viet-Cong's hiding places or someone who mixed in their group.
Also, they didn't think that American troops will kill them for
one reason or another. They were very hard to make a decision
