After 1963, Vietnam militarist governments whose leaders
changed in frequency and weakness. The Vietnamese's truth of
revolution has lost. They do not trust the groups of the Vietnam
General militarist, because of the American political policies has
changed repeatedly and not right for Vietnamese life. At the
same time, American politicians were frequently deploying their
troops onto Vietnam land with the "HELP" policies on their left
hands to resist Viet-Cong. Also by the deep interference polities
on their right hands into Vietnam militarist governments for
their benefits from the dirty war. Which American politicians
killed Mr. President Ngo Đinh Diem to get what they want for
their ambition event, and let American troops sink in the second
Indochina War then die with innocent...!

Therefore American troops have pacified some parts of
South Vietnam, since they used their power for bombing some
small towns, shelling onto populated areas of the countryside
while they were fighting with Viet-Cong in the villages. Viet-
Cong were smart enough to know that they could not fight
American troops by the covenant battle if they didn't have the
safe positions to win the battle. Therefore most of the time they
used the tactics of guerrilla battle. Viet-Cong were hitting and
ran to make the attrition war for their enemies on the battle and
crisis by their terrorism in the cities. At the same time, American
troops were using their superpower to make the operation with
large scale on some areas, where had some villages among the
battlefield. Viet-Cong took advantage of the village positions to
