President Johnson took the reasons of August, 2nd, and 4th,
1964 that North Vietnam patrol boats attacked the U.S. destroyers in
the Gulf of Tonkin (Vinh Bac-Viet) to get the support of congressman
            to strikes North Vietnam.
General McConnell and Secretary McNamara's view of the four-
phase program to attack North Vietnam. One: Thanh-Hoa Railroads
and Highway Bridges. Two: Paul Doumer Bridge and all National
Route 01, Route 02 and Route 03, which closed Hanoi Capital. Three:
All port facilities of the mining of seaward, ammunition and supply
dumps. Four: wind-up all phase above as necessary.
American Airpower with the code name "Rolling Thunder X..."
maneuvered the 355th, 388th, and 8th Tactical Fighter Wings at
Takhli and Korat Air Force bases in Thailand of all jet fighter airplanes
            F-100s, F-101, F-105s, F-4s, and B-57. Also, the U.S. Navy was
participated in the Vietnam war by their A-4, A-6, A-7, F-4, and F-8.
They took off from USS that has constellation operating in the Gulf of
Tonkin (Vinh Bac-Viet) with the support of Photography EB-66s, they
took the photos for strike pilots to see the target and what kind of
Viet-Cong's defenses. AC-30 transported all supplies as necessary for
air strikes and KC-135 refueling tanks aircraft, they flew high on the
obit to wait for all of the fighter aircraft, which need to refuel in the
air and it was required to make the desired long-range flying effects
for deep penetration onto the targets in North Vietnam territory.

                From February 12nd, 1965 to November 01, 1968 American
Airpower had made over one hundred thousand sorties against all
most the Highway Bridges in North Vietnam. They flew onto the
North sky at day and night, made the sound such as the thunders
echoing in the air and bombs exploded like the lightning strikes on
over targets with their modern weapons. The most of highway
bridges on the Route 01, Route 02, and Route 03 were damage or
destroy in 1965 until the coming year of 1966. Soviet and Red China
supported the new modern weapons defense and their trainer into
North Vietnam to increase rapidly. By the early warning and height
finding radar capabilities, the targets became extremely heavy
defense weapons with high altitude shell explosive in the air. The
