Thorns in the Heart I

supplies from China to North and from North to Ho-Chi-Minh trail
then South Vietnam.
They became two famous bridges in the North Vietnam air strike
American history, because, where American pilot was shot down by
a thousand guns of Anti Aircraft Artillery with radar automatic
controlled, a hundred of SAMs and few dozens of MIGs.
The deadly situations of American pilots and Viet-Cong defense
Highway Bridges soldiers! Both sides paid the real high cost of their
soldier lives for the even tempo of war.
By the weapons contest evolved between Viet-Cong's Soviet-
supplied the modern defensive weapons and the U.S. new modern
offensive weapons with means for the devastated, killing their
enemy and without love in their minds.
Both of the supper nations politicians of Soviet and American
used Vietnam to be a place for a test their weapons to see the results
of their dirty game on the bloody Vietnamese people without sorry
even their young men.
Viet-Cong defense Highway Bridge soldiers applied 37mm,
57mm, 85mm Anti Aircraft Artillery guns that were firing as rapidly
as they could be, SAMs with high speed to block the Air strikes, Rada
controlled SA-2, SA-7, and better radar automatic weapons elicited
more sophisticated than US offensive weapons to defense North's
American air strike.
American pilots were like the hero cowboy gunfight hunters in
the West on the movie Hollywood! They set their own lives to be the
right of a country to win the war, offered the cooperative heroism
for their friends on the missions, and they already knew they fly onto
North target territory as they were flying to look for the death on the
dead sky. Who will know they will survive to return their base and
the next day they will go into the dead situation again. Until 13 May
1972 both of the famous bridges were down by ten Laser basket
Guide bombs, four M-118s and eight MK-84 bombs with F-4s of the
8th Tactical Fighter Wings.
