"Yes... Positive..."

Hanh-Phuong stared at Phong and wanted to know about
Nguyen also she tried to hide the situation between her and Nguyen.

"How was Nguyen now?"

Phong looked up the ceiling, gave a little sigh, and in his surprise,
he looked at Hanh-Phuong.

"You broke with him, don't you?

"No...!"

"Why he did not meet you. He was back Sai-Gon last week." In e
moment of quiet Phong added. "Looked at your face, I know there is
something wrong between both of you...!"

"Nothing... Maybe he was busy." In a low and sad voice, Hanh-
Phuong said.

"But you are his lover; he could not do it..."

Hanh-Phuong looked at Phong. She knew Phong was wrong
about Nguyen and her. She wants to tell Phong the true of her
situation, but in suddenly she would like to find out about Nguyen,
so she stared at Phong.

"Nguyen may have another young lady, and she was beautiful."

"No... I asked him about you. He always called you as a Little
Bird."

"Yes...He called me." Hanh-Phuong looked at Phong and added:

"Do he ask you about me?"

"Yes... But I told him that I did not know about you, because a
long time I did not see you until now."

"I am busy to study."
