My Gecko Rocky

I got my gecko on July 3, 2020, from Pet Smart. When I got

home, she started to climb into her cage. I thought she wanted to get out
but at the time I was afraid to hold her because I thought she was going
to bite me. My gecko loves climbing and most of the time when she is

climbing on the glass in her cage, but she doesn’t have sticky things on
her feet like some frogs and some lizards. So, she cannot really stick to
the glass very well, most of the time she falls off.

My gecko sleeps during the day so I don’t always see her very

much. Me and my mom went to the pet store to find more things to climb
on. It helped a little, but she still falls off things. Sometimes she even
falls while I am feeding her, she eats things like crickets, cockroaches,

meal worms, wax worms, and some other things but I usually just feed
her crickets and wax worms she will not eat meal worms. But I am glad

she’s not falling as much as she used to. I think she’s happier that we
got her things to climb on.

My gecko has a thick tail where she stores fat and she’s

always hitting it on stuff, so I wonder if it’s heavy and that’s why she is
falling.
