Breaking the records, International Conference Dubai 2018
Under the Patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and the Ruler
of Dubai, and the attendance of HH Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed bin Rashid AL Maktoum, the Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE
Internal Auditors Association (IAA) hosted the 2018 IIA’s International Conference in Dubai, at the Dubai World Trade & Exhibition
Center.
The conference focused intensively on governance, sustainability, technology, artificial intelligence and innovation.
BREAKING THE RECORDS
The 2018 IIA’s International Conference, themed “Connecting the World through Innovation”, scored an all-time record in the 77-years of
the IIA International Conference history.
3200 attendees from 114 countries had a great opportunity to network, exchange ideas, explore innovative approaches being showcased
during the conference, including some success stories by leading organizations from the UAE and how they are addressing the increasing
challenges.
