Then Came the Glory
mud, Hezkiel told them, "Jesus reasoned with me, ^How can I fellowship with you in all this mud?'"
Some of &e brothers thought they should roof the church with iron sheets, but as Hezkiel prayed for the
church, the Lord reminded him of the himdred and twenty iron sheets forming the fence around the compound, "Your
compound is well fenced with iron sheets, but my house is bamboo." Weeping, the pastor instructed his men to take the iron sheets for the hall and replace the fence with bamboo.
They needed wood for rafters which could not be
bought without showing a plan which they did not have, but the Lord helped them bring a tall tree from the country side
that served the purpose. Outsiders called it Hezkiel's service
building.
Though Hezkiel had permission from the authorities to build the hall in his compound, the intimidators tried to
destroy it. They brought a load of stones and threw them on the roof until they reached the point of exhaustion, while
inside the people sang and received the Holy Ghost.
One day the Lord spoke through Hezkiel, Since Kfy name is rejected, I want you to build a beautifid building for
the glory of My name.
The men of the church planned a larger and more
beautiful building in Hezkiel's compound and faced the same
problem getting the needed wood. The Lord reassured them. Even though you do not have a blue print, the heaven and the earth is mine. Be still and load the wood; I will take care
of the checkpoints.
Sure enough, at every checkpoint they simply said,
for the church and the police removed the barriers and let them through.
