 Then Came the Glory
how it could have happened, the revelation came to me.
First, we did not know the scriptural rules and regulations that govern the church; second, we did not realize we should dedicate ourselves totally to keeping the unity of the Spirit. The church purchased by God with His own blood has its own system of administration operated by the Holy Spirit and all of us must be obedient with a willing spirit and without complaint. We must not add our own ideas, but be obedient with absolute love and respect for our leaders. This will help us reach the desired goal of fruitfulness in the
calling of the ministry.
Misunderstandings are inevitable, but those carnal
people who gossip and murmur against the things they do not imderstand confuse the issues and break the unity of the
Spirit. Without a desire for conflict, I became a victim of those who aggravated the confusion and fled to escape the
problems. Instead of escaping I unmersed myself in worse
problems and my spiritual life dried up.
A scripture I read over and over sustained me with
hope during the thirteen years of separation from my brethren-Daniel 4:34-37:
And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted
iqj mine eyes unto heaven, and blessed the most High and I prcdsed and honored him that liveth for ever, whose donuraon is an everlasting dorrnnion, and his kingdom is
from generation to generation: And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stcy his hand or say unto him, what doest thou? At the same time my reason returned unto me;
andfor the glory of my kingdom mine honor and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellors and my lords sought
