I'm not even sure if Webster had God in mind because if he did, he would have explained it lil<e this: God is omnipresent; that not only makes him evernvhere at the same time, but he is here right now and there right now. He can be leaving you, while coming to you, but never ha,-ing went anywhere in the first place. "Omnipresent" means that God is e,-erywhere, filling up all of time and all of space
all of the time. In John 3: 13, the son is declared to be omnipresent and in Psalms 139:7, the Holy Ghost is said to be omnipresent and existing e,-erywhere.
