Navigating Our CONFERENCE WEBSITE

Logging in:
 This website is only accessible to users with an account. Only one person can use an account at
once. Please go to https://www.eventscribe.com//2020/NABCAadmin/login.asp to access the
Administrators Conference Website.

 If you have registered for the Administrators Conference, you
should have already received your unique Access Key. You if you
have missed placed it, click on Forgot Access Key.
 If you have not registered for the Administrators Conference,
please contact the NABCA’s Meeting Department as soon as
possible at meetings@nabca.org.

Left-hand Menu Items:
 The vertical menu on the left side of the screen will give you options for
browsing the materials associated with the event. This includes Sessions,
Speakers and Attendees.

Main Screen Tiles:
 The Main Screen of the website will contain helpful
resources and each day’s events. Please note that
Live Streams are not accessible until 30 minutes
prior to the session.

User Support Area:
 At the very bottom of the page, you will find a collection of links that may be of interest if you
are having trouble with the site. You can click Technical Support to connect with a member of
our team or Give Feedback directly to the association hosting the event.
