one pharmacy prepare

that.
We recently spoke to Sarah Turney, the Pharmacy Manager at Scarborough Aston
Pharmacy, who utilised Numark's Regulatory Health Check service to ensure her pharmacy
was in top shape ahead of the busy period.
Sarah first heard about the service through head office after expressing concerns about
feeling unprepared for an inspection. "I hadn't been through an inspection in seven or
eight years, and I felt completely unprepared," she explained. She also emphasised the
importance of the service for her team, particularly for newer staff members who had never
been through an inspection before. "I thought it would be a great experience for them to
know what to expect," she added.
The Health Check visit itself was described as a positive and reassuring experience. Kieran,
the assessor, was praised for his friendly and professional approach. "He quickly put us at
ease," Sarah recalled. The visit was interactive, with Kieran engaging with each member of
the team in phases, ensuring that everyone was involved in the process.
