“Every year, we organise a conference for PSUK members,
providing the entire practice team with the opportunity to
hear from industry experts on topics that can enhance their
dispensary knowledge and profitability.
I am really excited about some of the speakers and content
that we have pulled together this year, with presentations
from the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) offering
clarity on how your prescription payments are processed and
Caroline Pond offering tips to drive profitability.
Due to the positive feedback from last year, we are bringing
back the breakout sessions, meaning you can choose a
topic to increase your knowledge on varying topics such
as improving your social media presence through to HR/
management sessions.

The conference is also a great way of networking with your
colleagues from other practices and engage with some of our
key pharma partners who attend the exhibition.
