At Numark, we are committed to fostering a tailored and supportive
environment for our members in whichever country they operate.
Recognising the unique intricacies of pharmacy contracts in each region, we
are holding a series of listening events with members to ensure our services
meet their specific needs.
Through understanding the dynamics of the healthcare sector in each
devolved nation, we want to empower our members with the knowledge and
resources necessary to thrive.
In our most recent listening event in Northern Ireland, we talked about the
challenges our members face. Feedback has been crucial and will help in
guiding our efforts to make sure the propositions we share with our members
are both relevant, appropriate and easily accessible.
Members highlighted the need for better tools to manage mandatory training
and support compliance across multiple sites. We appreciate this feedback,
and we're working to improve our training support to give our members the
resources they need to meet required regulations.
Understanding the financial difficulties faced by members in Northern Ireland,
we continue to actively lobby to secure an improved funding package. We've
written to the permanent secretary, hoping they will recognise the challenges
faced by community pharmacy.
Acknowledging the importance of online services, we're exploring an online
service booking platform specifically for Northern Ireland. This aligns with our
members’ interest in effective online marketing, aiming to enhance customer
experience and drive profitable growth. We're also looking into opportunities to
diversify revenue streams through supporting the delivery of private services.
Feedback around the table emphasised the need for strategies and support
to help streamline administrative processes. We understand the challenges
our members face in dealing with paperwork, and we're committed to finding
ways to make these processes more efficient, freeing up time and resources.
Acknowledging the unique OTC market in Northern Ireland, as part of our
commitment of support we have launched an NI specific OTC promotions
book and are piloting an updated OTC proposition based on the feedback we
received. This will help members improve their margin whilst also offering an
improved service to their customers in this growing market.
We value your feedback, suggestions and input. As we move forward, we're
grateful for your partnership and support. Together, let's foster collaboration,
enhance our member offering, and share with you the benefits of belonging to
the Numark family.
The future holds many opportunities for growth, and with your continued
partnership, we're confident we'll achieve great things.
We thank you for TOGETHER
your loyalty and
commitment to WE’RE
Numark. STRONGER
