              We take pride in providing exceptional support to all 5,700 members at Numark, making
              sure that you experience the full range of benefits we offer..

              At the heart of this service is our dedicated Member Experience Team, led by the
              experienced Helen Ford, Member Experience Manager, and supported by the talented
              Member Experience Coordinators, Ruth Morgan, Lynne Ecclestone and Ruth Clarke. The
              team is the driving force behind the rewarding membership experience you receive.

              We always have new members joining Numark each month which can range from
              onboarding from new, or a changing of ownerships; the team provides welcome calls to our
              new joiners to discuss the benefits of being a Numark member and walk them through the
              login for NumarkNet.

              Supporting you isn’t just about onboarding however, it’s also about staying connected.

              The team expertly handles general membership queries; whether it’s updating address
              details, resolving rebate or invoice queries, or answering day to day questions, the team
              responds swiftly via email, instant chat and phone within excess of 1,000 member
              interactions per month!


              Each month, the Member Experience Team conducts outbound calls to engage members
              like yourself, proactively. These calls are designed to help you maximise your membership
              benefits with a particular focus on enhancing your engagement with propositions such as
              Discount Partners. By ensuring you are aware of and making use of the full scope of your
              membership benefits, the team creates more rewarding partnerships with you.

              •  Behind the scenes, the Member Experience Team ensures operations run seamlessly by
                  doing the following:
              •  Keeping the membership database accurate and up to date.

              •  Managing requests for OTC and promotional literature.
              •  Resetting NumarkNet passwords promptly.
              •  Reporting to Discount Partner suppliers, ensuring smooth order placement.
              •  Providing administrative support to other Numark departments, such as OTC and Brand
                  Support.
