Conferences 2025:

Celebrating 20 years together

This October, PSUK marked its 20 anniversary in style with two
th
flagship conferences held at Newbury Racecourse in the South and
York Racecourse in the North. With more than 300 delegates joining
us across both events, the conferences were a brilliant chance to
celebrate everything we’ve achieved together while looking ahead to
the challenges and opportunities for dispensing practices today.

Both days began with a warm welcome from Simon Coles, Managing
Director of PSUK, before a PHOENIX UK & EU update. Jonathan
Fearn, Chief Financial Officer, shared the latest developments with
members in the South, while Nigel Swift, Deputy CEO Phoenix UK
and MD Rowlands, took to the stage in York. Their insights gave
everyone a clear picture of what’s happening across the wider
healthcare landscape.
From there, the programmes were packed with practical sessions
designed to give members something useful to take back to
practice. In Newbury, Edward Rigby explored the pressures in
practice and how to realise efficiencies in a dispensary, while Adam
James, Senior Consultancy & Specialised Proposition Manager, in
York introduced the benefits of Golden Tote.
