Delegates also joined breakout workshops to get
hands-on with the topics that matter most.
Caroline Pond, NHS Partnership Clinical Director,
helped members get to grips with drug statements
and wrong group movements, Martyn Potter guided
discussions on managing people through change
and handling tricky conversations, and Richard
Fenwick, Sales Controller PSUK, shared how to get
the most out of the PSUK website and portal.
One of the standout moments came from Steve Head with The
149 Effect. His energy and ideas gave us all a fresh perspective on
performance and mindset. Caroline Pond rounded off the training
with a look at how practice teams can work together to minimise
losses and protect income.
The exhibition halls were just as lively, giving members the chance to
catch up with supplier partners, swap experiences with colleagues,
and leave with plenty of practical resources.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along. Your input and
enthusiasm are what make these events such a success. Thanks
also to our speakers and partners for sharing their expertise and
helping us make our 20 year one to remember.
