Tenbury Wells was the first trial site to use Golden Tote in
April 2020, and from the very beginning in I loved using the
solution. The impact it made on our day to day working in
the pharmacy was massive and the increase in safety and
speed of work I could get through in a day was amazing!
From using it myself for months and feeling the benefits of Golden Tote, drew me to joining
the Implementor Team, I knew I wanted to help other pharmacies in the same way it helped
me. This leads me to my current position at PHOENIX, Senior Consultancy Implementor,
heading up a team of four Golden Tote Implementers, who cover the whole of the UK.
As a team, day to day we complete Golden Tote demonstrations, install the Golden Tote
solution into pharmacies that have signed up for the system and complete face to face
training with all members of the pharmacy team, so they are set up and ready to go.
Part of my role includes working on the development and improvement of Golden Tote,
completing all UAT testing, reviewing all Golden Tote SOPs, flowcharts and other training
materials. I also train all the new members of our team with my 13 years of pharmacy
knowledge, and my own hands-on experience with using Golden Tote in branch.

The Golden Tote training is between two When a Golden Tote Demo request is emailed
