New Dispensing Fee scale
From April 2025, the fee scale for Dispensing Practices in England and Wales falls again by an average of
5.37p per item to 213.3p when compared with October 2024.
This year, the new methodology has been incorporated to reduce the yo-yo effect of the biannual fee
scale changes.
