Sandra Berns is the Founder and Managing Director of Centric HR and started
the company in 2016. With a background in healthcare, Centric has steadily
grown and now has a core team, plus tried and tested specialist associates,
handling both operational and strategic HR.

TELL US A BIT ABOUT CENTRIC HR AND YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY.
I’m a Fellow of the CIPD with 30 years of experience across both Public and
Private sectors. It is my experience within the NHS which has naturally meant
that Centric has attracted clients from the Healthcare sector.
It’s my role to provide the very best expertise and quality advice for small
businesses to ensure we mitigate against risk and provide value for money
services.
Based in Rugeley, Staffordshire, we have clients throughout the UK, reaching
from Aberdeen to Cornwall. Quite simply, I like helping people. Being
passionate about people, I adopted the strapline “happy people - healthy
business” so that we can help business owners achieve results through and
with their people.

Unlike many other HR providers, we don’t tie our clients into lengthy contracts
and operate on an ad hoc basis, ensuring you only pay for the time you use. We
want the clients who work with us to see the value that we bring.
