     Installs
              The Golden Tote training is between two to four days’ worth of onsite
              training, going through every element in the process with each individual
              team member. We leave behind full SOPs and flowcharts of the Golden
              Tote process and leave our contact card with all-important numbers to
              ring for any questions the members may have. We offer regular re-visits
              to each member to provide face to face support with any issues, worries
              and/or concerns. If the pharmacy has new staff or requires extra training
              days, we also are able to book those in with them to help.
              Demos
              When a Golden Tote Demo request is emailed to me, I am able to arrange
              the most suitable time and date to bring the Golden Tote demonstration
              directly to your door. We can arrange the best time to arrive and
              can complete the demo in small groups, one big group or individuals
              whichever is best for the pharmacy. The demo includes how Golden Tote
              works on the PMR; how to label the prescription, how to complete the
              accuracy check and send all orders. Then we demonstrate how you
              use the software to assemble the Golden Tote, once it has been
              delivered from PHOENIX to complete the prescriptions.
              Overall, the demo can take up to 20 minutes but
              can take as long as you wish. If there are lots of
              questions along the way, then we will stay with the
              member as long as is required, so everyone in the
              team understands the full end-to-end process.
              Making the most of Golden Tote
              Here are a few of my top tips for getting the most out of
              the Golden Tote solution:
              •   It is best to complete CD and fridge lines first, so
                  they are kept in the required storage conditions.
              •   When your PHOENIX order arrives, complete
                  the Golden Tote’s first, so all of your repeat
                  prescriptions are bagged and ready for the patient
                  to collect.
              •   Always review all the Golden Tote orders once you
                  have submitted them, to manage any out-of-stock
                  items in advance of the patient collecting their
                  prescription.
              •   Never place the dispensing label over any barcodes
                  on the packaging on the dispensed item, to
                  streamline the dispensing process for bagging.
              •   Always press f10 at the end of the basket check
                  to save the prescription ready for the patient to
                  collect or the prescription to be delivered.
              •   Only scan one product at a time out of the tote to
                  efficiently dispense all items out of the tote.
