country specific levers to drive efficiency following in-store visits by
the CC team.
Showcasing relevant Lighthouse Examples from other PHOENIX
countries.
Providing you with Benchmarking against relevant PHOENIX
countries.
Providing you with Workforce Management Templates and Solutions
to allocate resource effectively, improve efficiency, forecast workload
and manage schedules.
The CC team will focus on helping you identify Short, Medium and
Long Term Goals to deliver tangible benefit to your P&L.
The CC team will support with Regular Check-ins and touch points.
