PSUK Portal developments

Over the past few months, we have been listening to our
members regarding how they want to see us develop the
PSUK Portal so they can get the most out of ordering
with us. As a result of this, you will now see some new
features that you can start to take advantage of.

What’s new?

Drug Tariff developments
Email notifications

Last year we added the functionality in to the Portal that enabled you to see what
over tariff products you have ordered. You are now able to receive emails informing
you when you order a generic that is above tariff.

These emails can be sent monthly, weekly, daily or each time an order is placed. Tick
all relevant DT Reporting boxes, add in your email address (to add more than one
email address, separate using a semi-colon) and then click save!
These email notification only show what is over tariff at that point in the month.
When concessions are awarded towards the end of the month, these lines may no
longer be over tariff.

Historical Over Tariff data

The default view of the Drug Tariff tab shows current month, with this list updating
throughout the month as generic prices change and price concessions are granted.

By ticking the Show Last Month box, you will be able to see what was ordered last
month that was over Drug Tariff.
If you want to see when these orders were placed, all you need to do is click on the
blue product description button.
