I still can’t get over the fact that my time at PHOENIX and
Numark has been nine years this year… Hand on heart, I still feel
like this role is a breath of fresh air, not to mention a rewarding
one. I genuinely love my job, have a real passion for the support
we offer, and I strongly believe I can make a difference.
I am Robyn Naylor, your Key Account Manager; managing
groups of independent pharmacies in the North of England
supporting businesses of six pharmacies and above. Having 19
years of experience in the world of pharmacy and retail, 10 of
which was being a store manager myself, I do understand the
pressures you face. I am here as your trusted business advisor,
and I’m here to help.
HOW I SUPPORT YOU
In this economic turbulence and today’s competitive business landscape,
margin is the swearword of today. We see it being pinched from all
directions and how we make it back is becoming more and more
challenging. Numark cannot physically gift you more margin, but what we
can do is maximise our scale to add value to our pharmacy partners. By
fostering strong relationships, I can advise you, tailor your needs to your
business goals, offer personalised solutions and educate you to grow and
maintain stability. As your Key Account Manager, I make sure you receive
great service, action any issues that need to be addressed and ensure your
expectations of safe, effective pharmaceutical care are adhered to. Finally,
I am here to analyse your sales trends and business processes with a view
to suggest solutions in terms of products and services that can benefit
your business.

MAXIMISE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

market. With the average group saving over £300 per pharmacy, I wouldn’t be doing my
job if I wasn’t covering your membership fee and more.

own portal, see how transparent and competitive we are on pricing.
Discount Partners – build connections with new suppliers where we’ve already done the
negotiating for you. We will not be beaten on price for over 40 different suppliers ranging
from office supplies to dispensary equipment, to insurance. Numark has you covered for
all needs and it’s even centrally invoiced to help support the admin on your end.
