So far, despite billions of dollars of financial aid and subsidies sent to poor countries
         by the UN, the World Bank, the World Monetary Organization and various foundations,
         literacy has not increased, and self-employment and entrepreneurship have not increased. It
         all went in vain. These countries have not been able to get rid of the scourge of poverty. It
         was Abhijit Banerjee, Esther Duflo and Michael Kremer who proved this and discovered the
         “pill” to get rid of poverty based on practical experience and wrote their names in economic
         history.
              As we noted above, first of all attention should be paid to reducing the unemployment
         rate. In this regard, pursuing an active and effective policy of supporting those who cannot
         help themselves, and attracting the resources of society and the private sector to these goals,
         will have a great effect.
              Therefore, there is a great need to develop the most advanced programs to prepare our
         people for entrepreneurship in collaboration with non-governmental organizations and
         strengthen the activities of non-governmental organizations in the field of vocational training.
                               Conclusion on the fifth chapter
              1. In conclusion, it should be said that the qualitative development of economic
         sectors, the social sphere and the public administration system in the modern period of human
         development and in the near future is directly related to the widespread introduction of digital
         technologies. The development prospects of our country also depend on the development of
         the digital economy and the level of digital inclusion. To achieve this goal, it is appropriate
         to list the following main conditions and priorities for the development of the digital economy:
                creation of an institutional environment and digital infrastructure for the stable
         functioning of digital technologies, provision of public services, widespread introduction of
         digital technologies into the real sector of the economy, healthcare, state cadastre and other
         areas, as well as the possibility of connecting the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan to
         the global Internet at the level of developed countries, phased ensuring the most complete
         coverage;
                expanding the scope of personnel training and preparing qualified programmers and
         technical workers with deep knowledge in these areas, training in modern information
         technologies that fully comply with international standards at all stages of the education
         system,
         including the successful implementation of the “1 million programmers” program “project
         together with our foreign partners;
                strengthening the scientific and theoretical base in the field of digital economy and
         supporting scientific activities in this area with the targeted use of funds from the Digital Trust
         Fund;
                conducting seminars, courses and other events in educational institutions in order to
         promote and expand “digital literacy” among the general population, involving them in the
         development of information technologies;
