being of the population. Utilizing the available resources effectively in such conditions
requires proper organization of labor in terms of production, distribution, exchange,
consumption, accumulation, and re-production (beyond natural factors), integration into the
world economy through correct management of labor, and increasing the prosperity of the
population in various social and economic programs.
In the present era, as a result of integration processes and globalization in the world,
the benefit ratio of countries is shifting towards the world's average benefit ratio. Moreover,
in conditions of intense competition, companies are adapting to the average benefit ratio
conditions. Therefore, the importance of the motivation for investing new capital, mitigating
risks, managing other factors, conducting long-term activities of the company in this country,
possessing foreign scientific and technical knowledge, training and managing personnel, and
taking advantage of opportunities for cheap production (labor, raw materials) are essential
factors.
Studies conducted by the universities of "Fudan" (Shanghai, China) and Iowa (USA)
on the motives of entrepreneurs from countries that have developed relations with the People's
Republic of China have shown that among all foreign countries, these countries give priority
to countries with a high internal market, a high economic growth rate, and a stable internal
socio-political situation for international cooperation.
From another perspective, developed countries have a limited range of goods and
services for production and an insufficient volume, but they have an internal market with
billions of people. The third perspective is that although their skills and level of k nowledge
are low, they have a disciplined and hardworking population, and they possess a cheap labor
force. After that:
the availability of attractive tax benefits for foreign investors;
proximity of production forces to markets;
Its suitability for long-term investment;
The possibility of continuing the corporation's general strategy;
Export base;
Availability of skilled workers;
Utilization of local raw materials;
Liberalism of the country's leaders;

Based on the reasons mentioned above, the research on the socio-economic potential
(SEP) of a country, its economic significance, and the application of various scientific and
methodological approaches are considered important. Therefore, many economists,
sociologists, and political scientists have conducted their researches based on the causal
relationship. The authors often present the following and present their research directions in
a grouped manner.
