modeli orqali talabalarning amaliy iqtisodiy ko‘nikmalari mustahkamlanadi.
XULOSA
Ushbu maqolada andragogik yondashuv asosida ayol va qizlar uchun
zamonaviy ta’lim va kasb yo‘nalishlarini yaratishning samaradorligi tadqiq qilindi.
Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, andragogik prinsiplar – shaxsning avvalgi
tajribasini hisobga olish, mustaqil qaror qabul qilishni rag‘batlantirish va ijodiy
yondashuvni rivojlantirish – ayol va qizlarning ta’lim va kasbiy kompetentsiyalarini
sezilarli darajada oshiradi. Eksperiment va tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ayol va qizlar
mashg‘ulotdan keyin amaliy ko‘nikmalari, kasbiy bilimlari va kasbga yo‘naltirish
motivatsiyasi bo‘yicha aniq o‘sish ko‘rsatgan. Shuningdek, innovatsion metodlar,
interaktiv o‘quv texnologiyalari va mentorlik dasturlari ayol va qizlarning kasbiy
tayyorgarligi va ijtimoiy faolligini rag‘batlantirishda samarali vosita sifatida namoyon
bo‘ldi. Maqola natijalari amaliyotda ta’lim dasturlarini takomillashtirish, kasbiy
yo‘nalishlarni aniqlash va gender tengligini ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
Shu bilan birga, andragogik yondashuv orqali ayol va qizlarning shaxsiy va
professional salohiyatini to‘liq ro‘yobga chiqarish, ularni zamonaviy kasblarga
yo‘naltirish va ijtimoiy faollikni oshirish imkoniyatlari yaratiladi. Umuman olganda,
andragogik yondashuv asosida ayol va qizlar uchun yaratilgan ta’lim va kasb
yo‘nalishlari nafaqat shaxsiy rivojlanish va kasbiy kompetentsiyalarni oshiradi, balki
jamiyatdagi gender tengligini ta’minlash va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy taraqqiyotga hissa
qo‘shishda muhim vosita sifatida xizmat qiladi.
