Dinitrol 77B

Dinitrol 77B is a corrosion preventive fluid, designed for long-term protection against corrosion and, due to its residual
hard film affords some protection against mechanical wear. Dinitrol 77B contains environmentally acceptable low
aromatic solvents, which once evaporated leaves a thick, brown waxy film. Dinitrol 77B is primarily designed for cavity
protection but may also be used for storage, transport and underbody protection.
Dinitrol 3125 HS

Dinitrol 3125 HS is designed for application mainly as a cavity protection and a thin underbody coating. Main objects
to be treated are used vehicles with some corrosion present. For improved performance on more corroded surfaces,
Dinitrol ML or Dinitrol ML HS can be used as a pre-treatment. The slightly thixotropic nature of the product ensures an
evenly applied film to the required thickness and strength.
Dinitrol 3654 / ML 4

on spare parts etc, which are to be stored for long periods.
Dinitrol 4941

Dinitrol 4941 is a black underbody chassis coating that contains self-healing properties to recover any small damaged
areas within the coating layer. Once Dinitrol 4941 is applied to the underbody chassis area it seals and protects the
surface from rust-accelerating water and oxygen.

Dinitrol 449

Vehicle bitumen based underbody and stonechip coating Dinitrol 449 is an environmentally friendly black coloured
bitumen based underbody and stonechip coating with good corrosion protection and sound deadening properties.
After curing Dinitrol 449 has a very durable tough and elastic film, which results in a very good stonechip resistance.
The product is NOT overpaintable
Dinitrol 977

Dinitrol 977 is a semi-transparent, waterbased liquid anti corrosion coating for the protection of cavity areas where a
rust preventative surface is needed. The product is water-repellent and has very good penetrating properties. After
drying remains a wax coating which has a good temperature resistance up to ca.+120 deg C and is almost tack free.
When dried Dinitrol 977 is heated by sun or by engine-heat, it does not have the typical smell of conventional cavity-
waxes.
Dinitrol 449 and Dinitrol 977 can be used together to form a comprehensive water borne corrosion protection
system application. Rather than applying both products separately, we recommend a two-layer application
method with Dinitrol 977 and Dinitrol 449. This unique combination is very effective on surfaces that are already
corroded.
Dinitrol Converust RC 900

Dinitrol RC 900 actively converts rust on substrates into a stable organic iron complex. Once the product is dry, an
impermeable barrier against further corrosion is formed. Dinitrol RC 900 penetrates rust 7 to 10 times deeper than
standard rust converters. The product forms a strong dry adhesive film that provides a suitable base for paintwork and
other corrosion protection products.

This oil based brown coloured product is specially designed for applying into closed cavities such as doors, frame
members and exterior joints and crevices. Dinitrol ML is a penetrating cavity wax ideal for rust-proofing second-hand
vehicles. Can be used as a pre-treatment for Dinitrol 3125HS on more corroded surfaces after prior application of
Dinitrol RC900 Converust.
