The private property owners association wants to develop, in accordance with the overriding objec- tives of the public sector, an urban place with a high quality of life for work and leisure. In the center, foot traffic should dominate. This in an area that can be reached by air, rail, tram, bus, car, bike and scooter.
The area is located in the cities of Opfikon and Kloten and to a small extent in the municipality of Rümlang. It should become a magnet for internationally active companies, promote congress tourism and business meetings and make a key contribution to location promotion.
