PRESIDENT’S
Sorors,
I hope you have enjoyed the summer break from our regular programs and activities.
We had such a wonderful sororal year, and I could not have been more proud to serve as your chapter president. I now look forward to what this upcoming year offers as we venture to "Taking Flight" and Move Forward with Fortitude!
As I reflect, I want to thank the Executive Committee, who did a phenomenal job in their individual and collective capacities to serve you.
Additionally, I thank the sorors who served in elected and appointed leadership positions and helped make up the Executive Board. They, too, went above and beyond to ensure that we honored the Delta Oath by implementing programs and initiatives that helped better our community.
But it was mostly you, sorors, who volunteered to serve in various capacities, whether on a youth committee, community outreach program, fundraising activity, or social action initiative, that made the difference.
As you know, our work never stops. In this general election year, our social action work is paramount and will greatly affect the direction of all levels of government. That means we have to get involved.
Know that there is somewhere for you to serve.
We still need all our boots and heels on the
ground. So, I challenge each of you to find your
place where you can make the greatest impact,
no matter how big or small. You are needed.
See you at Round Up!!!
